The extra virgin olive oil “Felice Garibaldi” developed in homage to Felice Garibaldi, brother of the “Hero of the Two Worlds”, cama to Bari from Nice in 1835 and soon became a key figure in Bari oil production.Felice Garibaldi extra virgin olive oil is made from olives harvested from the estates of the Azienda Agricola De Carlo.It is a monovarietal oil, made from 100% Ogliarola olives, a historic variety from the Conca Barese.
IDEAL FOR: It is an oil with a subtle flavour, ideally used raw to enhance the taste and aroma of any dish.It is perfect on raw fish, boiled or baked, crustacean and shellfish antipasti, delicate first dishes, carpacci, boiled vegetables.
